Some things to consider before scheduling a home inspection:

Have the utilities been turned on? (water and power)

Has the listing agent been notified?

How are we getting access into the home?

Can the buyer be present during the inspection?

You must sign a contract and make payment at the time of the
inspection.

If you choose to pay by credit card you must do so prior to
inspection. A link will be provided after ordering.
